Summary: My room was not clean. The photo is of the bathroom counter when I arrived. I did not take a picture of the hair in the sink. Road noise from the freeway was very loud as well.

Summary: Dirty and stained sheets, de gusting bath tub shower, chalking around toilet is pulled away, leaks water when flushing. I drove 17hrs and 1100 miles, last thing you wanna do is check into a hotel that is in neglected. Have pictures to document. To tired to leave and find a better hotel at 10:25 pm

Summary: The bed was hard, very hard. The toilet paper was moldy. The coffee supplies were not enough. The service desk asked us to not use room service every day due to staffing shortages. We had to put our garbage bags outside the door and dirty towels outside the door. Then go to the front desk to get more bags and towels
